What started as a simple hobby page with a couple hints and tricks lead to the present form of ww.CB-Antennas.com. An independent, privately-run information platform with well over 100 subject pages dedicated to antenna designs, analysis, and technical background articles.
Our origins go back more than 20 years to earlier projects like 11meterdxsystems.nl and dx-antennas.com. This site continues that legacy—focused on uncompromised technical quality and practical antenna knowledge. We don’t sell products, accept sponsorships, or push an agenda. Our only mission is to provide detailed, accurate, and unbiased antenna information.

We believe accuracy matters. Our designs are based on decades of modeling, simulation, and hands-on testing—not guesswork.
We use tools like:

Thankfully with almost an hectare of ground for real field testing including drones for accurate near- and far field evaluation we honestly can bring facts to life.
From simple mobile whips to 10-element Yagis and even EME experiments on 11 meters, we’ve built and tested hundreds of antennas. Whether you’re running dozens of kilowatts and battling arcing issues, or chasing DX on an attic dipole, we find joy in having helped “you” before !
